Regal Healthcare Capital Partners has partnered with veteran eye care executive Ryan Williams to create InFocus Eyecare, a Florida-based company focused on providing high-quality, accessible optometry and vision services.

According to a company statement, Regal will invest in the partnership from its $415 million private equity fund. Williams, who has more than 20 years of eye care experience and previously served as chief operating officer at West Point Optical, has been named CEO of InFocus.

“We are thrilled to partner with Ryan and his team to create an eye care platform that takes a patient-centric approach to delivering high quality eye care,” David Kim, MD, MBA, Co-founder and general partner of Regal, said in the statement.

Williams added, “Regal’s exclusive focus on healthcare services and its track record of building high-quality healthcare businesses makes it the ideal partner as we seek to build InFocus.
